There was a time when our Bear CEO stood in front of his closet and sighed.
“Why does everything look the same?”
Nothing felt like him, nothing sparked joy.
That day, on a whim, he picked up a sketchbook and doodled.
Not because he was good at drawing, but because he thought it might be fun.
Then he had an idea:
"Why not put this on a T-shirt?"
The first one was for himself.
But when he wore it to the office, everyone asked:
“Where did you buy that?” “Can I get one too?”
And just like that, something clicked.
Now, custom requests get him excited.
He starts sketching right away, sometimes suggesting his own twists.
What started out of frustration turned into joy.
Creating something new each day has become his favorite part of the job.
